Monday thru Thursday, 9am-6pm
Friday and Saturday, 8am-8pm
HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS:
Please notify our spa consultants during the booking process if you have any medical/health issues or if you are pregnant. Specific services are not suitable for various medical conditions and we want to ensure your safety.
AGE REQUIREMENT:
Our facilities are open to guests 18 years and older.
WHAT TO BRING AND WHAT TO LEAVE BEHIND:
Robe and slippers are provided. Please leave cell phones, pagers, and jewelry behind.
WHEN TO ARRIVE:
We suggest that for most services you arrive 20 minutes prior to your treatment. It is advised that you allow time to experience the steam room before your spa treatment.
LATE FOR APPOINTMENTS:
Arriving late will limit the time of your service. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest’s appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 8 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a 50% service fee. If we are not notified, full payment for services booked will be charged.
SERVICE CHARGE:
An 18% service charge will be automatically added to spa treatments. If you would like to leave an additional
gratuity for a specific spa team member, please see a Spa Front Desk member for an envelope.
